Hi! I’m Iza, founder of The Ethical Trends

A digital platform rooted in wellness, storytelling, and intentional living. ✨

I created this project to explore and share the stories behind the spaces, rituals, and brands that are helping redefine what it means to live with intention, balance, and connection, especially in a fast-moving world.

With a background in marketing, content creation, and a certification in nutrition coaching, my mission is to blend creativity and awareness to inspire more mindful choices. From what we eat, to how we care for ourselves, to the products and narratives we support.

Now based in Austin, Texas, I’m dedicated to creating visual stories, videos, and tools that help individuals and conscious brands grow from the inside out.
